I have been thinking for a while about this project called "While You Are Away", and I want to make it happen starting this year. The project is about periodically photographing dogs whose owners are serving the country in armed forces overseas, and send the prints to where they're stationed & update on social media so they can check out and see how their babies are doing.

My daughter is in Army and in South Korea right now, and I've been fostering her chocolate lab for about a year now. I do this for her, and it brightens her day and keeps her encouraged in tough days. I thought others could use the same encouragement. This is a free service that I want to provide using my gift and talents, to serve the Lord & brave people who are fighting for our country everyday.
